Mrs Throughton of Hanslop. of Totnell end 26 y. sent unto me for her ague febr. 17 Thursday hor. 2. 10 p m 1603. et quærit utrum sit gravida shee swounded about 6 of the clocke afternoone.

supposeth her selfe gone 2 weekes very faynt & weake & thincketh shee shall Dye. very godly & religious
