Mrs Williams of Piddington the vicars wife hath had the falling sicknes this 16 yeres. sent her selfe unto me the 31 of december. die Lunæ. h. p m: h. 5. 30 p m. 1599.

The fellowe met me then at Staunton but brought her water the 1 of Janiary die Martis h. 8. am. 1600 & shewed then the bill that contayned her disease. 1600
